Steps to book videography for your wedding
Step 1: Call, text, or email Jeremiah to find out availability for your wedding date. 719-663-5585 or jeremiah@soundandshadow.com
Step 2: Provide the names of the bride and groom, the location of the wedding venue, and which package you would like. You may schedule a phone or video call with Jeremiah to learn more and ask questions.
Step 3: Read and accept the work agreement by paying the 25% deposit. You can pay via check, Venmo, PayPal, cash app, or credit card.
Once these are completed you are booked for your wedding date.

Work Agreement for Storybook Wedding Package
The purpose is to set expectations in writing, so we are both in agreement on what services will be provided and how they will be carried out. Please read carefully and let us know if there are any changes needed. Payment of the deposit is acceptance of the work agreement.
Scope of Work
Storybook Weddings will film and edit a wedding video and provide it to THE CLIENT in digital format within 60 days of the wedding. 1 Videographer will film up to 8 continuous hours the day of the Wedding.
Pre-Ceremony – 1 Videographer will arrive at the requested time to shoot the pre-ceremony preparations. Best wishes – interviews if requested.
Ceremony – Storybook Weddings will shoot your wedding ceremony with 1 videographer and a total of 2 – 3 cameras using 1 manned camera and 1 – 2 unmanned cameras for a wide shot.
Post Ceremony – Photo sessions, reception traditions as well as any other requested events will be filmed along with candid shots and dancing.
Deliverable Materials
Jeremiah will edit the videos and provide to the client 4K resolution Ultra HD Digital Video Files. A 15-30second video, 5-minute highlight, and approximately 60-minute feature film. Length can vary depending on the length of wedding events. The client will receive download links and a flash drive. The client must bring a USB 3.0 hard drive at least 1 TB to receive all the raw footage if they so desire. The client has full license to duplicate, print, and distribute for non-profit, the video files in any way they see fit. The client gives permission to Sound and Shadow and Storybook Weddings for these videos to be used for promotional and demo videos to be displayed on the internet, Social Media, and broadcast TV unless specifically requested by the client not to.
Client Responsibilities
If the client wishes to edit or add on to the project in any way they must inform Jeremiah in writing (email) prior to the wedding. The client must either provide a meal for the videographer or 1 hour on the clock to leave, eat, and return.
Fee Schedule
The price of the project described above is $2099. Upon acceptance of this agreement, the client shall pay 25% of the agreed project price as a non-refundable deposit to reserve the date. The remainder is due by the wedding date. Filming cannot begin unless the entire price has been paid in full. If the client would like to add additional hours they may do so at $100 per. If the wedding location is farther than a 2-hour drive from Colorado Springs as shown in Google Maps there will be a travel fee. Contact Jeremiah England for rates.
